These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of applications and services operated by Auglin Solutions.
Our applications include:
• Mizhi – Malayalam dating and matchmaking application
• Alaii – Tamil dating and matchmaking application
• Piku – Telugu dating and matchmaking application
• Match Circle – Marathi dating and matchmaking application
• Banglov – Bengali dating and matchmaking application
• Neyo – Gujarati dating and matchmaking application
By creating an account or using an Auglin application, you agree to these Terms.
1. OUR SERVICES
Auglin Solutions develops and operates dating, matchmaking, social connection, and communication applications.
Depending on the application, services may include:
• Profile creation
• Profile discovery
• Matching
• Likes and passes
• Messaging
• Location-based discovery
• Filters
• Subscriptions
• In-app purchases
• Other social and matchmaking functionality
Features may differ between applications.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must meet the minimum age requirement applicable to the application and your location.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You must not use an Auglin application if you are prohibited from using such services under applicable law.
3. APPLICATIONS COVERED BY THESE TERMS
These Terms apply to Auglin’s applications, including:
Mizhi
Malayalam dating and matchmaking application.
Alaii
Tamil dating and matchmaking application.
Piku
Telugu dating and matchmaking application.
Match Circle
Marathi dating and matchmaking application.
Banglov
Bengali dating and matchmaking application.
Neyo
Gujarati dating and matchmaking application.
Additional applications may be added to these Terms in the future.
4. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for your account and account activity.
You must not:
• Share authentication credentials
• Allow another person to use your account
• Impersonate another person
• Create fraudulent accounts
• Provide intentionally false information
• Create accounts for abusive or deceptive purposes
5. PROFILE INFORMATION
You are responsible for information and content you upload.
You must not upload:
• Content belonging to another person without authorization
• Misleading information
• Fraudulent profile information
• Impersonation content
• Illegal content
• Prohibited sexual content
• Content involving child sexual exploitation
• Threatening or violent content
• Abusive or harassing content
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You must not use Auglin applications to:
• Harass or threaten users
• Abuse or intimidate users
• Impersonate another person
• Operate fake profiles
• Conduct scams
• Request money through deceptive activity
• Promote illegal activities
• Send spam
• Distribute malicious links or software
• Exploit minors
• Share child sexual abuse material
• Promote violence
• Engage in hate-based harassment
• Collect personal information without authorization
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts
• Scrape application data without authorization
• Circumvent security systems
• Use the service for unauthorized commercial solicitation
7. USER INTERACTIONS
Auglin applications allow users to interact with other people.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users.
Auglin does not guarantee the identity, intentions, background, or behavior of another user.
Never send money, passwords, OTPs, financial information, or other sensitive information to someone you meet through an Auglin application unless you independently determine that doing so is appropriate.
8. REPORTING AND MODERATION
Users may report profiles, messages, or other content where reporting functionality is available.
Auglin may investigate reports and may:
• Remove content
• Restrict accounts
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently block accounts
• Take other appropriate enforcement action
We may cooperate with lawful authorities where required.
9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Auglin may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate an account if:
• These Terms are violated
• Our policies are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• We receive credible reports of serious misconduct
• The account presents a security or safety risk
• The service is used unlawfully
10. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Some Auglin applications offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.
The price and subscription period will be shown before purchase.
Where purchases are made through Google Play, payment processing is subject to the applicable Google Play terms and policies.
Subscriptions may automatically renew where applicable according to the terms displayed at purchase.
Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions through the applicable payment platform.
11. REFUNDS
Purchases made through Google Play are subject to the applicable Google Play purchase and refund policies.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Auglin provides technology for social connection and matchmaking.
We do not guarantee:
• That you will receive matches
• That you will find a relationship
• That another user will respond
• That another user’s information is accurate
• That every user is genuine
• That the service will always be available
• That the service will always operate without errors
13. LOCATION SERVICES
Some applications may provide location-based features.
You can manage location permissions through your device settings.
Disabling location access may affect certain features.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Auglin Solutions or its licensors own or have appropriate rights to the software, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other materials used in our applications.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit our applications or their materials without authorization.
15. USER CONTENT
You retain applicable rights in content that you submit.
By submitting content, you grant Auglin the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, process, display, and provide that content as part of operating the relevant service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content.

Your use of Auglin applications is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. ACCOUNT DELETION
You can delete your account using the account deletion functionality available in the applicable application.
Upon account deletion, associated information will be deleted or removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our applications may use third-party services such as Google, Google Play, cloud providers, authentication providers, payment providers, and other service providers.
Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
19. DISCLAIMER
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not responsible for the independent actions, statements, content, or behavior of users.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auglin Solutions will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of our applications.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be published on this page with a new Last Updated date.
Your continued use of the relevant service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
Disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts and legal processes applicable under Indian law.
